NEW Duplex Slitter TSN211 ·
Developed to match the requests of the most d emanding customers in terms
of speed and cutting accuracy. · Thanks to the 'state-of-the art'
technology the TSN211 is capable of carefully handling very thin material
(0,12 mm) at extremely high sheet speeds (up to 50 spm), thereby allowing
the correct feeding rate to the latest generation of high-speed welders.
· The cutting accuracy is guaranteed by the use of a robust frame,
first quality components, large diameter cutters shafts (110 mm diameter),
precision machining and the particular kinematic mechanisms (some of which
are possible thanks to 'servo drive' motors). · Due to the use of
servo drive motors the synchronisation of the whole machine, in case of
the change of sheet length, is totally automatic, so that the whole change
over process is considerably reduced time-wise and it does not depend anymore
on the skills of the machine operator. · The 'touch-screen' control
panel gives the possibility to monitor the production process, to set and/or
modify all the parameters relevant to the sheets to be cut and to the slitter
itself, as well as to store and to recall previously stored settings. ·
TSN211 is available in both 'R/H' and 'L/H' version as well as in a Soudronic
'UNICONTROL' version.
